KIC 学生及び教職員各位
８月２日から、３回目となる「まん延防止等重点措置」が兵庫県に適用されます。これに伴う、本学の対応は下記の通りとします。
なお、新規感染者数は、第４波の感染拡大よりも速いペースで増加しており、第５波への感染再拡大は予断を許しません。夏休みによる人出の増加が見込まれるなど厳に警戒が必要です。学生及び教職員の皆様も、絶対に感染を再拡大させないという強い思いのもと、感染対策の更なる徹底をお願いします。
◇今回の措置の適用期間
次の告知があるまでの当面の間
１．講義
①原則オンラインで実施を継続します。
リアルのみで、オンラインを実施しない授業（春2 期）

②その他、指導教員、授業担当教員の指示がある場合はそれに従ってください。
２．施設の利用について
(1)施設の施設利用は、月～土の9 時から17 時までとさせていただきます。
＊リアルでの受講が求められる授業の受講と「研究に必要な活動」での利用を中心としますので、不要不急の利用はさけてください。その他の理由で施設を利用したい場合は、事務局にご相談ください。
(2)図書室の利用（図書の貸し出しと返却）は再開します。密を避けてのご利用をお願いします。
(3)証明書申請や発行など手続きは、上記時間内に対応いたします。
(4)来学された場合の氏名記入と検温には、引き続きご協力をお願いします。
(5)施設使用時は換気をしっかり行ってください。また、退出時には各人が責任をもって窓などの施錠をお願いします。
3. 各種活動について
(1) 県外での活動は、原則行わない
ただし、既に計画済の活動を実施する際には、改めて緊急事態措置区域、まん延防止等重点措置区域（都道府県）の知事が指定する区域及び都道府県等が独自の行動制限を伴う措置を実施している区域でないこと、受入先の意向、参加人数、移動方法など実施可能であることを十分に確認して実施してください。
(2) 県内で活動する場合は、以下の点に留意すること
合宿等、宿泊を伴う活動を実施する場合には、感染防止対策が確認される施設を利用するとともに、飲食時の感染防止の徹底を図ってください。
４．日々の行動について
学生、教職員とも下記の点に留意して感染拡大に努めてください。
・感染拡大地域との往来の自粛
・要件を満たしていない飲食店、路上や公園等での飲酒をしない
・宅飲みを含め、集まっての飲食を避ける
・感染防止対策を講じていない施設の利用の自粛
・会話の際は、マスクにより飛沫を防止

Dear all
From August 2, the third-time pre-emergency measure to prevent the spread of COVID19 will be applied to Hyogo Prefecture. KIC’s response to this will be as follows. The number of new infections is increasing at a faster pace than the spread of the fourth wave of infection, and we cannot be too sure how the infection will spread again in the fifth wave. We need to be extremely cautious as the summer vacation is expected to bring an increase in the number of visitors. All students and faculty members are requested to take further thorough measures to prevent the infection.
◇Period of application of this measure
For the time being, until the following announcement is made.
1. Lectures
① In principle, lectures will continue to be conducted online.
The real classes only, no online classes (Spring Term 2)

② Please follow any other instructions given by your advisor or the instructor.
2. Use of Facilities
(1) Facilities are available for use from 9:00 to 17:00, Monday through Saturday.
*Please do not use the facilities for unnecessary and unurgent purposes, as they are mainly used for classes that require real attendance and for “activities necessary for research.” If you wish to use the facilities for any other reason, please contact the office.
(2) Library use (borrowing and returning books) will resume. Please avoid close proximity.
(3) Procedures such as certificate application and issuance will be handled during the above hours.
(4) Please continue to fill in your name and take your temperature when you come to the school.
(5) When using the facilities, please make sure there is adequate ventilation. Also, please take responsibility for locking the windows and other doors when you leave the building.
3. About various activities
(1) In principle, activities outside the prefecture will not be conducted.
However, when carrying out activities that have already been planned, please make sure that they are not carried out in an area of the emergency measure zone, an area of pre-emergency measure zone (prefecture) designated by the governor, or an area where the prefecture, etc., is implementing its own measures with action restrictions, and that they can be carried out with sufficient confirmation of the host, the number of participants, and the method of transportation.
(2) When carrying out activities within the prefecture, please note the following points.
When carrying out the activities that includes the accommodation such as training camps, please use facilities where infection prevention measures are confirmed, and make sure to thoroughly take the infection prevention measures while eating and drinking.
4. About daily activities
Students, faculty, and staff are requested to pay attention to the following points to prevent the spread of infection.
・Refrain from traveling to and from areas where the infection has spread.
・Do not drink alcohol in restaurants, on the streets, or in parks that do not meet the requirements.
・Avoid eating and drinking together, including drinking at home.
・Refrain from using facilities that do not have infection prevention measures in place.
・When talking, use a mask to prevent droplets from spreading
