「まん延防止等重点措置区域」指定解除に伴う本学の対応について＜7/9 更新＞
兵庫県の「まん延防止等重点措置区域」指定は7月 11 日（日）をもって解除されます。
これに伴い、本学の制限はある程度解除させていただきます。
しかしながら、コロナの感染拡大には引き続き注意が必要ですので、
学生、教職員の皆様は、引き続き感染拡大に十分な留意をした学業と生活をお願いします。
◇今回の措置の適用期間
次の告知があるまでの当面の間
１．授業・研究指導
授業担当教員・指導教員の指示に従って、授業・ゼミに参加してください。
変更があるときは、教員から連絡します。各教員からの連絡（メール等）及びMoodle上などの連絡事項に注意してください。
２．施設の利用について
(１)施設・事務局窓口利用は、月～土の 9 時から 17 時までとさせていただきます。
(２)図書の貸し出しと返却は通常通り行います。
(３)施設の利用の際は密を避けてのご利用をお願いします。
(４)証明書申請や発行など手続きは、上記時間内に対応いたします。
(５)来学された場合の氏名記入と検温には、引き続きご協力をお願いします。
(６)施設使用時は換気をしっかり行ってください。
また、退出時には各人が責任をもって窓などの施錠をお願いします。

KIC’s Response to the Lifting of the “Designated Area for Pre-Emergency Measures” <Updated: July 9>
The designation of Hyogo Prefecture as a “Designated Area for Pre-Emergency Measures” will be lifted on July 11 (Sunday).
KIC’s response to this, some restrictions will be lifted.
However, we must be careful against the spread of coronas, so we would like to ask all students, faculty members and staff
to continue to pay attention to the spread of the infection in their academic and daily lives.
◇Period of application of this measure
For the time being, until the following announcement is made
1.Lectures and lab activity
Please attend classes and lab activity according to the instructions of your supervisors and professors.
Professors will inform you if there are any changes. Please pay attention to communications (E-mail and Moodle) from your professors.
2.Use of Facilities
(1) The facilities and Office are available from 9:00 to 17:00, Monday through Saturday.
(2) The library is open as usual.
(3) Please avoid crowding when using the facilities.
(4) Application and issuance of certificates will be handled during the above hours.
(5) Please continue to fill in your name and take your temperature when you come to KIC.
(6) When using the facilities, please make sure there is adequate ventilation. Please also make sure that all windows are locked when leaving the building.
