神戸情報大学院大学の学生のみなさまへ
すでにご存じのとおり、全国を対象とした緊急事態宣言が5月末まで延長となり、兵庫県からも5月31日までの休業延長の要請が来ています。これを受けて、本学の施設の閉鎖を5月末までに延長いたします。それに伴い、授業は現在と同様にオンラインにて行うことといたします。
なお、緊急事態宣言期間の見直し等による期間の短縮も取りざたされており、変更が生じた場合は改めてご連絡させていただきます。
また、こうした閉鎖期間の延長による学生サービスの不足を補うため、来週以後に施設開放日などを設定して一時的な不便の解消に努めたいと考えています。例えば、図書館の本の貸し出し・返却等のご要望を受け、人数/時間制限を設けての特定の開館日を検討しております。11日以降にお知らせする予定ですので、随時メール及びＨＰをご確認ください。

Hello. We hope this e-mail finds you well.
As you know, Japanese government declared to extend the state of emergency over coronavirus until the end of May. Upon the declaration, Hyogo Prefectural Government has requested us to extend the period of facility closure till the end of May. Please note that KIC building will be closed and every classes will be offered online until then (31st May). However, the period may be shortened. When shortened, we will inform you by e-mail and notice on the website.
Meanwhile, we are considering some temporary measures to compensate your inconvenience, something like temporary opening of library.
We will let you know about those measures next week, so please check our notice carefully.
We do hope that the situation will get better soon and see you again.
