This scholarship program, “Enhancement of Administrative Capability (Myanmar),” is offered by Japan International Cooperation Agency (JICA). KIC provides a program to develop human resources capable of solving social issues in practice, using ICT. Our program is progressively structured in a way that proceeds foundations to application and practice. With this program, you will acquire skills and knowledge to 1) provide technical solutions to social issues by the design and maintenance of new systems using ICT skills, and 2) demonstrate leadership in problem-solving practice.
We are waiting for applications from candidates with passion to solve social issues by utilizing ICT and contribute to the development of your country.
Abstract of Qualifications (read the attached guidelines for more details):
*Academic Background: must have completed 16 years of school education
*Age: must reach over 22 years old by the end of September, 2018
*Language: must be proficient in English (TOEFL iBT: 76, PBT: 540 is desired)
