兵庫県に発出中の「緊急事態宣言」は9月末をもって解除されます。
とはいえ、兵庫県の新規感染者数や病床使用率は、依然として「まん延防止等重点措置」並のステージⅢの状況にあります。
緊急事態宣言解除は、決してコロナに対する警戒を緩めることではありません。今後は、より自主的・自発的な感染対策の徹底が求められます。本学も引き続き感染防止策を実施しますので、よろしくお願いします。
◇緊急事態宣言解除に伴う本学の対応措置
１．実施期間：2021年10月１日(金)より
２．詳細は以下の通りです。
講義・ゼミ | 1. 授業（午前／午後）は、状況に応じて、担当教員の判断で下記のいずれかで実施します。- ハイフレックス（教室からZoom発信）- オンライン（自宅等からZoom発信）- 教室のみで実施（感染対策に十分注意して）2. 授業（夕方イノベ／夜プロ）は、オンラインで実施します。3. ゼミについては、指導教員の判断で実施されます。※授業やゼミの実施方法については、必ずmoodleやメールの通知及び各担当教員あるいは教務委員に確認し、教員の指示に従ってください。 |
事務窓口 | ・月～土 10：00～17：00まで、引き続き交代制の在宅勤務を実施するため担当人員を減少して業務を実施します。 |

◇「空気と一緒に滞留するウイルス」への対策をしっかりとろう
最新の研究では。コロナの感染経路として、“空中を浮遊するエアロゾルを通して感染が広がる(airborne infection)”可能性が指摘されています。これに対する対応として、「こまめな換気」でなく、「常時換気」が求められています。
具体的には“空気の通り道”を作ることです。空気が部屋をくまなく流れるためには、対面する二つの窓などの空気の入口と出口を1カ所ずつ5～10センチ程度常に開けるのが望ましいとされています。
これからの季節は開放に対する抵抗もあると思いますが、寒さ対策をしっかりとって上で、「常時換気」を実施するよう、特に教職員の皆様の尽力をお願いします。

Our response and measures to the Lifting of the “Declaration of State of Emergency”
Dear faculty members and students at KIC,
The “Declaration of State of Emergency” currently being issued in Hyogo Prefecture will be lifted at the end of September.
Nevertheless, the number of newly infected patients and the hospital bed utilization rate in Hyogo Prefecture are still at Stage III, on par with the “priority measures to prevent the spread of the disease.” Lifting the declaration of a state of emergency does not in any way mean that we should relax our vigilance against COVID19. Instead, we are required to take more spontaneous and independent actions to prevent the spread of COVID19 infection. KIC will continue to implement infection prevention measures.
◇Measures to be taken by the University upon the lifting of the declaration of a state of emergency
１．Implementation period: From October 1, 2021 (Friday)
２．Details are as follows.
Lectures and seminars | 1. Classes (morning/afternoon) will be held at the discretion of the instructors, depending on the situation, in one of the following ways- High Flex (Zooming from the classroom)- Online (Zooming from home, etc.)- Conducted in the classroom only (with due attention to infection control)2. Classes (Evening Innovator / Evening Professional) will be conducted online.3. Seminars will be conducted at the discretion of the supervisor.※Please be sure to check Moodle, email notifications, and your instructors or the Education Committee for information on how to conduct classes and seminars, and follow the instructor’s instructions. |

◇Take thorough precautions against “air-borne viruses.”
The latest research suggests that corona virus can be spread through aerosols floating in the air (airborne infection). To cope with this, “constant ventilation” is required instead of “frequent ventilation”.
Specifically, we need to create “air passages.” In order for the air to flow through the room, it is desirable to always open the air inlet and outlet, such as the two facing windows, about 5 to 10 cm each.
There may be some resistance to opening the doors in the coming season, but we would like to ask for the efforts of the faculty and staff members in particular to implement “constant ventilation” after taking adequate measures against the cold.
