兵庫県の「緊急事態宣言」延長に伴うお願い

教職員、学生の皆様

兵庫県に発出中の「緊急事態宣言」は9月末迄延長されました。

新規感染者数は減少傾向にあるものの、1週間平均感染者は約700人、重症病床使用率も50％を超えるなど、依然、緊急事態にあります。

本学もこれまでの感染防止を継続して実施し、今度こそ収束に向かえるよう努めます。

◇緊急事態宣言延長に伴う本学の対応措置

１．適用期間：9月30日(木)まで

※宣言の延長により、さらに延期される場合があります。

２．詳細は以下の通りです。

講義・ゼミ

・原則としてオンラインで実施します。

・ただし、担当教員の判断で教室あるいは研究室で実施する場合があります。

事務窓口

・月～土　10：00～17：00まで担当人員を減少して営業します。

・窓口担当が少なくなるため申請などについては、できる限りemailなどの非接触手段の利用をお願いします。事務局ポータルサイトやオンライン窓口など、皆さんが来学しないでも、申請や問い合わせのできる取り組みを行います。（詳細は追ってご案内します。）

施設利用

・施設は原則として使用できません。

・教員の判断により、講義やゼミを開催する場合は使用を認めますが、必ず教員の許可を得てください。施設を使用する時間は、9時15分～17時内とします。

※講義やゼミを学内で実施される場合は、担当教員の方は事務局までお知らせください。

・ご迷惑をおかけしますが、この間、自習スペース及び図書室の利用はできません。

◇兵庫県知事からのメッセージ

別紙の知事からのメッセージをよく読み、今度こそ感染を収束させるため責任ある行動の徹底をお願いします。

Requests regarding the extension of the period of

“Declaration of State of Emergency” to Hyogo Prefecture

Dear students and faculty members at KIC,

The “state of emergency” issued to Hyogo Prefecture has been extended until the end of September.

Although the number of newly infected people is declining, the average number of infected people per week is still high at about 700, and the usage rate of severe beds exceeds 50%, so there is still an emergency situation.

We will continue to prevent infections so far, and this time we will strive to converge.

◇The university measures in response to the declaration of a state of emergency

1.Applicable period: To September 30 (Thu)

※The period may be further postponed due to the extension of the declaration.

2.The details are as follows.

Lectures, seminars

・In principle, it will be conducted online.

・However, it may be conducted in a classroom or laboratory at the discretion of the instructor. Please follow the instructor’s guidance.

Office

・Open Mon-Sat 10:00-17:00 with a reduced number of staff.

・As the number of office staff will be reduced, please use non-contact methods such as email as much as possible for document applications. We will utilize the portal site and provide the online service so that people can apply for the documents and make inquiries without having to come to the university. (More details will be provided as soon as possible.)

Use of Facilities

・In principle, the facilities are not available for use.

・At the discretion of the faculty member, use of the facility is permitted for holding lectures and seminars, but permission must be obtained from the faculty member. The facility may be used from 9:15 am to 5:00 pm.

※Please inform the office if you are the faculty member in charge and planning to hold a lecture or seminar on campus.
・We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause, but the study space and library will not be available during this time.
