兵庫県知事からのコロナウイルス感染症に関するメッセージ / Message about COVID-19 from HYOGO prefectural governor
兵庫県では、新規感染者が 24 人確認され、直近１週間の移動平均で 10.7 人 となり、「感染警戒期」に入りました。これを受け、対応シナリオに基づき当面の医療体制や社会活動制限について決定しました。

In HYOGO Prefecture, 24 newly infected people have been confirmed,
which turns out to be 10.7 people in moving average over the past 1 week. We have entered the “Infection Alert Period”.
Because of the above-mentioned situation, based on the response scenario, we came to a decision for the immediate medical care system and restrictions on social activities.
We strongly request the citizens of prefecture to observe the followings.
