KIC学生が国際AIハッカソン「Built with Opus 4.7: a Claude Code Hackathon」で上位15％にランクイン！

神戸情報大学院大学（KIC）の学生　パスカル　ブヘンドゥワ　ブルメさんが、AI開発ハッカソン「Built with Opus 4.7: a Claude Code Hackathon」に参加し、全288件の提出作品中43位という優秀な成績を収めました。

このハッカソンは、Claude Codeを活用してAIアプリケーションやサービスを開発する国際的なイベントです。ブルメさんは、災害時の迅速な情報収集と支援判断をサポートするリアルタイム災害対応プラットフォーム「Kyōjo（共助）」を制作しました。

「Kyōjo」は、日本で災害が発生した場面を想定し、地震情報、衛星画像、避難所・病院情報、多言語アラートなどを統合するシステムです。Claude Opus 4.7を活用し、10種類の専門AIエージェントを並列で動かすことで、発災シナリオ発生後15分以内の初動支援を目指しています。

また、日本語・英語を含む14言語のインターフェースに対応し、内閣府・気象庁・自治体などの公的資料をもとに設計されています。今回のプロジェクトは、ブルメさんが単独で開発しました。

KIC Student Places in the Top 15% at an International AI Hackathon!

KIC student Pascal Buhendwa BURUME participated in the AI development hackathon “Built with Opus 4.7: a Claude Code Hackathon” and achieved an impressive result, placing 43rd out of 288 submissions.

This hackathon is an international event where participants develop AI applications and services using Claude Code. For the event, he developed “Kyōjo” (共助, meaning “mutual aid”), a real-time disaster coordination platform designed to support rapid information gathering and decision-making during disasters.

Kyōjo is built for disaster response scenarios in Japan. It integrates earthquake information, satellite imagery, shelter and hospital data, and multilingual public alerts to support initial response within 15 minutes of a disaster scenario being triggered.

Using Claude Opus 4.7, he implemented a system that runs 10 specialized AI agents in parallel. The platform also supports interfaces in 14 languages and is grounded in official preparedness materials from organizations such as the Cabinet Office, the Japan Meteorological Agency, and local governments. This project was developed solo by him.
