In the September-October 2021 issue of the U.S. magazine Foreign Affairs <https://www.foreignaffairs.com/>, President Toshiki Sumitani of Kobe Institute of Computing (KIC) was interviewed in the “Japan Education” section. “Foreign Affairs” is a bimonthly political magazine specializing in diplomacy and international politics published by the Council on Foreign Relations (CFR) of the United States, which is considered to be the most authoritative journal on diplomacy and international politics since its inception in 1922.
