We are thankful to the Institute for Rural Advancement (INFRA), Ministry of Rural and Regional development, Malaysia and the Universiti Teknologi Malaysia (UTM) for their excellent hospitality with finest facilities offered during our 3-days visit to Kuala Lumpur.
